1. Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
2. Assist the Project Manager of the Kering HR Master Data Management Project, gaining practical experience across diverse activities.
3. Collaborate with HR Domain Owners to define and apply data management and protection guidelines.
4. Promote the adoption of best practices among key users.
5. Monitor and improve HR data quality by identifying issues, analyzing them, and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them.

1. Currently studying or have completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
2. Interest in HR policies and processes with a desire to deepen understanding.

1. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.
2. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Proactive and positive attitude, especially in problem-solving scenarios.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in HR or related fields is essential.

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
