1. Support the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
2. Assist the Project Manager of the Kering HR Master Data Management Project, gaining practical experience across various activities.
3. Collaborate with HR Domain Owners to define and apply data management and protection guidelines.
4. Promote best practices adoption among key users.
5. Monitor and enhance HR data quality by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues with relevant teams.

1. Currently studying or completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.
2. Strong communication skills in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
3. Proactive and positive problem-solving attitude.

No prior experience required, but an interest in HR policies and processes is essential.

Pursuing or completed studies in HR, Economics, Organization Development, or related fields.
