1. Assist in the preparation of the annual global performance review campaign, enhancing content and preparing training materials.
2. Analyze and consolidate data for Talent Review meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action plans.
3. Monitor and update succession plans for key roles at the Group level.

1. Enrollment in the final year of a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in both French and English.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data validation, analysis, and storytelling.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations.
3. Proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail and reliability in execution.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential.

Master's degree in progress (final year) in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
