1. Conduct monthly closures and analyses of workforce, personnel expenses, and social indicators.
2. Develop budgets and predictive models in collaboration with Operational Directors, HR Managers, and the Finance Department.
3. Perform ad hoc analyses and simulations of workforce and personnel expenses.
4. Deploy HR controlling tools, ensuring data reliability and information flow post-migration to SAP Analytics Cloud, maintaining reference frameworks, and automating dashboards and analyses.
5. Interact with the Finance Department to ensure alignment and coherence between HR tools and financial systems, addressing key analytical requests from their teams.
6. Manage intercompany personnel charges, both actual and forecasted.
7. Control organizational structures, security, and major HR processes in Workday for Corporate Directions.
8. Coordinate global recruitment tracking for a Corporate direction.

1. Master's degree (Bac +5) in HR, Economics, or Finance.
2. Experience in audit or cost controlling within a matrix environment.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, and data visualization is advantageous.
2. Project management experience and an affinity for information systems; familiarity with Workday and SAP Analytics Cloud is highly beneficial.
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
4. Organizational skills, teamwork, and adherence to deadlines.
5. Ability to manage confidential data.

Experience in audit or cost controlling within a matrix environment is required.
