- Cultivate trust-based relationships with managers and senior managers to support team performance management and organizational change.
- Analyze and share key HR data to facilitate decision-making and provide recommendations on team management.
- Support and coach managers in performance management and the adoption of new tools, guiding them through key HR campaigns such as performance reviews, recruitment, career interviews, training needs assessment, and compensation review.
- Assist employees in their professional development and career progression.
- Manage individual employee situations, ensuring compliance with Kering's policies and legal requirements.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects at both Group and Corporate levels.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Approximately 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of Tech & Digital roles and their specific work environments.
- Proactive and highly organized with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and decision-making skills in changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software or Workday and knowledge of French labor law is advantageous.
Approximately 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager in a corporate environment, with a focus on Tech & Digital sectors.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
