Kering HR and Administration Assistant

- Support the Human Resources team in maintaining and updating employee records and handling ad-hoc HR projects.
- Manage employee data input and updates in the HR system (Workday).
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries via the Employee Service Platform.
- Approve employee certificates and references, including employment and salary references.
- Assist in preparing HR-related data reports.
- Provide executive and secretarial support for internal events and employee benefit programs.
- Organize employee relations events such as workshops, annual dinners, and sports days.
- Coordinate office administrative tasks, including purchasing and supervising office supplies.
- Manage office security and maintenance, including food and beverage supplies.
- Undertake HR projects to enhance operational efficiencies, including recruitment postings and training arrangements.
- Assist in the employee hiring process and manage onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate mandatory e-training sessions and update employee leave records.
- Arrange exit interviews and assist the payroll team as needed.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience of 1 year in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws with regional experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR Information Systems and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing demands efficiently.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
