Kering HR Administration Assistant

- Support the Personnel Administration team and progressively develop skills in organizing and monitoring the integration process of new employees using tools like Workday, PeopleDoc, and ADP.
- Assist in preparing and communicating necessary administrative documents for hiring and integration, such as health insurance and internal regulations.
- Aid in drafting contracts, amendments, and pre-employment declarations in compliance with current procedures.
- Facilitate the management of employee benefits, including meal vouchers, transport reimbursement, and health insurance, and coordinate medical appointments with occupational health centers.
- Act as a communication liaison with local HR contacts, providing initial information on HR procedures and ensuring effective follow-up on requests.
- Participate in verifying residence permits and managing administrative processes related to work authorization under team supervision.
- Assist in organizing monthly follow-up meetings with internal clients.
- Contribute to maintaining the HR database in Workday by verifying data entries and collaborating with HR teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Utilize Kering Connect (internal CRM) to respond to employee and HR contact inquiries, directing specific requests to appropriate contacts and adhering to response deadlines.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficient in professional English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Comfortable with IT tools, especially MS Office and Excel; knowledge of Workday or HRIS is a plus.
