Kering Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

- Assist in the governance of accounting processes across local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including definition, control, and animation.
- Contribute to the development of accounting process documentation and ensure it remains current.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of training programs for accounting teams within SSCs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and establishing weekly reporting.
- Act as a reference for accounting excellence, preparing documentation for meetings to address common issues and share best practices.
- Engage with various stakeholders across the group, including Finance Transformation, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
- Participate in group projects impacting accounting processes and remediation plans related to system migrations, such as SAP.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field, ideally seeking an end-of-studies internship.
- Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.
- Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Project management skills and effective communication across various levels of stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a strong desire to tackle challenges.
Prior internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within strategic consulting.
Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related field (in progress).
