Kering Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

1. Assist in the governance of accounting processes across local and regional Shared Service Centers (SSCs) worldwide, including definition, control, and animation.
2. Contribute to the development of accounting process documentation and ensure it remains current.
3. Participate in the creation and implementation of training programs for accounting teams within SSCs.
4. Monitor the effectiveness of accounting processes by defining operational KPIs and establishing weekly reporting.
5. Act as a reference for accounting excellence, preparing documentation for meetings to address common issues and share best practices.
6. Engage with various stakeholders across the group, including Finance Transformation, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
7. Participate in group projects impacting accounting processes and remediation plans related to system migrations, such as SAP.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related field, ideally seeking an end-of-studies internship.
2. Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
3. Proficiency in both English and French, spoken and written.

1. Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Project management skills and effective communication across various levels of stakeholders.
4. Adaptability and a strong desire to tackle challenges.

Prior internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within strategic consulting.

Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related field (in progress).
