Kering Global Accounting Process Performance Intern

- Participate in the governance of accounting processes within Shared Service Centers (SSC) and brands globally, including definition, control, and facilitation.
- Engage in various streams such as Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Record to Reporting (RTR) to develop a broad skill set.
- Contribute to the measurement of SSC/brand performance and related KPIs.
- Assist in the continuous training of accounting teams within SSC/brands and ensure compliance with Kering's accounting standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of processes by defining operational KPIs and implementing weekly reporting.
- Develop and contribute to the learning path for accountants, including the creation and implementation of a training curriculum.
- Ensure process documentation is up-to-date.
- Prepare documentation for meetings to discuss common issues and share best practices.
- Act as a reference for accounting processes for various stakeholders across the Group, including Finance Transformation, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, and Internal Control.
- Participate in group projects impacting accounting processes and remediation plans related to system migrations (SAP).
- Master's student in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance or enrolled in a business school/university with a specialization in Finance/Audit, ideally seeking a final-year internship.
- Previous internship experience in Finance/Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong interest in ERP systems and broad transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with SAP knowledge being advantageous.
- Project-oriented mindset with strong communication skills across various levels of stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for challenges and working in a dynamic environment.
Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, ideally within strategic consulting.
Master's student in a relevant field.
