Kering Front Technical Lead

1. Define and evangelise front‑end architecture principles, frameworks and component libraries across multiple brand teams
2. Co‑design front‑end strategy with architects, product owners and the Core Platform Tech Lead
3. Review pull requests and enforce best practices for performance, accessibility, testing and DX
4. Promote and drive adoption of a unified design system and shared UI components across products
5. Collaborate tightly with Product Owners, Designers and Back‑End Engineers to deliver coherent, testable features
6. Select, deploy and maintain front‑end analytics and performance tooling; monitor and improve load and runtime metrics
7. Champion test automation (unit, E2E, visual regression) and maintain CI/CD quality gates
8. Be accountable for web performance, SEO and accessibility KPIs (e.g. LCP, CLS, error rate)

1. Minimum 5 years of front‑end development experience with 1–2 years in a front‑end lead or tech lead role
2. Fluency in English and French, with clear, structured and influential communication skills
3. Proven experience in scalable front‑end architectures and component reuse across teams
4. Strong expertise in web performance optimization, SEO fundamentals and accessibility best practices
5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with designers and product teams with a user‑first mindset
6. Autonomy, proactivity, a strong sense of ownership and the capacity to operate in complex, matrixed organisations

At least 5 years of professional front‑end development experience, including 1–2 years in a lead or technical lead capacity guiding teams, defining architecture and owning front‑end quality and performance across multiple products or brands.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
