Kering Front-End Technical Lead

- Define and advocate for front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and platform tech leads to co-design the front-end strategy.
- Review pull requests and uphold best practices in performance, accessibility, and testing.
- Promote the use of shared UI components and consistent design system implementation across brands.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to develop coherent, testable features.
- Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance metrics, and enhance load times.
- Support test automation and monitor key performance indicators such as LCP, CLS, and error rates.
- 5 years of experience in front-end development, with 1 to 2 years in a lead developer or technical lead role.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with scalable architecture and component reuse.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and structured communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Experience with Next.js, headless frontends, and composable backends.
A minimum of 5 years in front-end development, including leadership experience in a technical capacity.
