Kering Front-End Technical Lead

1. Define and advocate for front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
2. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and platform tech leads to co-design the front-end strategy.
3. Review pull requests and uphold best practices in performance, accessibility, and testing.
4. Promote the use of shared UI components and consistent design system implementation across brands.
5. Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to develop coherent, testable features.
6. Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance metrics, and enhance load times.
7. Support test automation and monitor key performance indicators such as LCP, CLS, and error rates.

1. 5 years of experience in front-end development, with 1 to 2 years in a lead developer or technical lead role.
2. Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and performance optimization techniques.
3. Experience with scalable architecture and component reuse.
4. Fluency in English and French.

4. Experience with Next.js, headless frontends, and composable backends.

A minimum of 5 years in front-end development, including leadership experience in a technical capacity.
