1. Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
2. Co-design the front-end strategy in collaboration with architects, product managers, and platform tech leads.
3. Review pull requests and establish best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing.
4. Promote the use of shared UI components and consistent design systems across brands and products.
5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to develop coherent, testable features.
6. Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance, and improve load times and runtime behavior.
7. Encourage automation of testing processes and track key performance indicators such as LCP, CLS, and error rates.

1. 5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years in a lead developer or technical lead role.
2. Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and performance optimization techniques.
3. Experience with SSR/CSR/ISR and scalable architecture.
4. Fluency in both English and French.

5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.
