Kering Front-End Technical Lead

- Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
- Co-design the front-end strategy in collaboration with architects, product managers, and platform tech leads.
- Review pull requests and establish best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing.
- Promote the use of shared UI components and consistent design systems across brands and products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to develop coherent, testable features.
- Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance, and improve load times and runtime behavior.
- Encourage automation of testing processes and track key performance indicators such as LCP, CLS, and error rates.
- 5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years in a lead developer or technical lead role.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with SSR/CSR/ISR and scalable architecture.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and think user-first.
- Clear, structured communication and leadership by influence.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.
