Kering Front-End Technical Lead

- Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
- Co-design the front-end strategy in collaboration with architects, product, and platform tech leads.
- Review pull requests and establish best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing.
- Promote shared UI components and enforce consistent design system usage across brands/products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to build coherent, testable features.
- Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance, and improve load time and runtime behavior.
- Encourage automation of tests (unit, e2e, visual regression) and track key performance metrics (LCP, CLS, error rate).
- 5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years as a front-end lead developer or front-end technical lead.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, performance optimization, SSR/CSR/ISR.
- Ability to collaborate with designers and prioritize user experience.
- Experience in scalable architecture and code reuse.
- Clear, structured communication and leadership by influence.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and cross-functional organizations.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Familiarity with Next.js, headless frontends, and composable backends.
5 years of experience in front-end development, with 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.
