1. Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
2. Co-design the front-end strategy in collaboration with architects, product, and platform tech leads.
3. Review pull requests and establish best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing.
4. Promote shared UI components and enforce consistent design system usage across brands/products.
5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to build coherent, testable features.
6. Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance, and improve load time and runtime behavior.
7. Encourage automation of tests (unit, e2e, visual regression) and track key performance metrics (LCP, CLS, error rate).

1. 5 years of experience in front-end development, including 1 to 2 years as a front-end lead developer or front-end technical lead.
2. Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, performance optimization, SSR/CSR/ISR.
3. Ability to collaborate with designers and prioritize user experience.
4. Experience in scalable architecture and code reuse.
