Kering Front-End Technical Lead

- Define and enforce front-end architecture principles, frameworks, and component libraries.
- Co-design the front-end strategy in collaboration with architects, product, and platform tech leads.
- Review pull requests and establish best practices for performance, accessibility, and testing.
- Promote the use of shared UI components and consistent design systems across brands and products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Back-End Engineers to develop coherent, testable features.
- Select and maintain front-end tools, analyze performance, and improve load times.
- Support test automation and track key performance indicators such as LCP, CLS, and error rates.
- 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer, including 1–2 years in a lead or staff role.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and performance optimization.
- Experience with SSR/CSR/ISR and scalable architecture.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers and a user-first mindset.
- Clear, structured communication and leadership by influence.
- Analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional organizations.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
A minimum of 5 years in front-end development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
