Kering FP&A Analyst

- Establish a robust FP&A team to support Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
- Ensure quality and timely consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
- Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and dashboards.
- Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering group for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Deliver accurate budgeting and forecasting biannually, including EVA preparation for new store and business development.
- Facilitate financial activities, ensuring compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
- Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, projecting expense and recharge data.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of SAP and experience in SAP implementation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English skills.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- High attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.
A minimum of 7 years in finance roles, with significant exposure to FP&A functions and financial process development.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
