1. Establish a robust FP&A team to support Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
2. Ensure quality and timely consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
3. Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
4. Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and dashboards.
5. Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering group for performance monitoring and optimization.
6. Deliver accurate budgeting and forecasting biannually, including EVA preparation for new store and business development.
7. Facilitate financial activities, ensuring compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
8. Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
9. Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
10. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, projecting expense and recharge data.

1. Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
2. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
3. Knowledge of SAP and experience in SAP implementation.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. Native Korean speaker with fluent English skills.
