1. Support the establishment of a robust FP&A team for Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
2. Ensure quality and timeliness of consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
3. Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
4. Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and metrics.
5. Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering Group to optimize financial performance.
6. Facilitate financial activities, ensuring compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
7. Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
8. Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
9. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, including expense and recharge data projections.
10. Communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial leaders.

1. Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
2. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
3. Professional understanding of accounting and retail business is advantageous.

2. High process orientation and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.

Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including roles in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
