Kering FP&A Analyst

- Support the establishment of a robust FP&A team for Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
- Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
- Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and metrics.
- Provide monthly financial analysis to brands and Kering Group to optimize financial performance.
- Facilitate financial activities, ensuring compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Conduct profit analysis and lead business performance review meetings.
- Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, including expense and recharge data projections.
- Communicate complex financial topics clearly to non-financial leaders.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
- Professional understanding of accounting and retail business is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- High process orientation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including roles in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
