Kering FP&A Analyst

- Develop and maintain a robust FP&A team supporting Kering Group functions and emerging brands in Korea.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of consolidation and corporate reporting to the group using HFM (Hyperion).
- Streamline budget and forecast processes in collaboration with regional and global teams, enhancing reports and dashboards with business intelligence solutions.
- Participate in Business Intelligence transformation and SAP implementation projects, designing new KPIs and dashboards.
- Provide monthly financial analysis to support brand management in optimizing financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with KGAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations, and facilitate internal and external audits.
- Lead profit analysis and business performance review meetings.
- Support monthly and year-end closing reports and financial variance analysis.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, including expense and recharge data projections.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A functions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and variance analysis.
- SAP knowledge and implementation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in Korean with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- High level of process orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality.
A minimum of 7 years in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, budgeting, and business analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
