Kering Financial Systems Analyst

- Oversee the operation and evolution of the Oracle EPM Planning system within the financial systems team.
- Provide support to Kering's financial teams during the system's usage phases.
- Organize and manage recurring activities aligned with the group's reporting deadlines.
- Collaborate with business teams, partners, and IT for user-requested developments and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Financial Control Directorate's project team on the roadmap for system evolution and projects.
- Manage interfaces between the Oracle EPM Planning tool and other group systems.
- Assist the Controlling and Consolidation teams in producing financial reports and analyses.
- Document procedures and continuously improve system administration processes.
- Train new team members.
- Strong interest in finance with a foundational experience in financial environments such as management control, consolidation, or reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial planning system implementation and configuration projects.
- Degree from a business or engineering school, preferably with a finance specialization.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Hyperion Planning, PBCS, or EPM Planning.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an organized, practical approach.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and configuring financial planning systems is required.
Degree from a business or engineering school, preferably with a finance specialization.
