1. Manage the adoption of SAP, Blackline, and global finance transformation initiatives.
2. Provide reliable reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with local financial statement requirements.
3. Collaborate with EMEA financial shared services to implement finance transformation initiatives locally.
4. Lead continuous accounting and fast closing efforts, aiming to reduce monthly closing time by 50%.
5. Monitor and improve the quality of monthly closings in collaboration with brand and regional finance teams.
6. Organize team roles to enhance financial reporting efficiency and quality.
7. Maintain SAP analytical structures in alignment with group models for UK entities.
8. Support UK market brand management with reliable reporting and finance expertise.
9. Manage month-end reporting submissions in HFM, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
10. Respond to divisional queries and support daily finance operations.
11. Ensure compliant filing of local statutory financial statements.
12. Respond to internal and external audit requests.
13. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
14. Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
15. Foster strong relationships with brand finance to ensure high service levels.

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with over 10 years of experience in audit or retail.
2. Experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations.

1. Proficiency in SAP and HFM.
2. Strong background in finance process improvement and system implementation.
3. IT and process-driven with working knowledge of Power BI.
4. Understanding of retail lease accounting (IFRS16) and retail business.

Over 10 years of experience in audit or retail, with a strong background in finance process improvement and system implementation.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
