Kering Financial Controller

- Manage the adoption of SAP, Blackline, and global finance transformation initiatives.
- Provide reliable reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with local financial statement requirements.
- Collaborate with EMEA financial shared services to implement finance transformation initiatives locally.
- Lead continuous accounting and fast closing efforts, aiming to reduce monthly closing time by 50%.
- Monitor and improve the quality of monthly closings in collaboration with brand and regional finance teams.
- Organize team roles to enhance financial reporting efficiency and quality.
- Maintain SAP analytical structures in alignment with group models for UK entities.
- Support UK market brand management with reliable reporting and finance expertise.
- Manage month-end reporting submissions in HFM, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
- Respond to divisional queries and support daily finance operations.
- Ensure compliant filing of local statutory financial statements.
- Respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
- Foster strong relationships with brand finance to ensure high service levels.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with over 10 years of experience in audit or retail.
- Experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations.
- Proficiency in SAP and HFM.
- Strong background in finance process improvement and system implementation.
- IT and process-driven with working knowledge of Power BI.
- Understanding of retail lease accounting (IFRS16) and retail business.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
