1. Manage the adoption of SAP, Blackline, and other global finance transformation initiatives.
2. Collaborate with worldwide and EMEA financial shared services teams to implement global finance transformation initiatives locally.
3. Lead efforts towards continuous accounting and fast closing, aiming to reduce monthly closing time by 50%.
4. Monitor and communicate the quality of monthly closings, defining corrective actions as needed.
5. Organize team roles to enhance process expertise and improve financial reporting efficiency.
6. Maintain SAP analytical structures in alignment with the group model for UK entities.
7. Support brand management in the UK market with reliable reporting and budgeting insights.
8. Manage month-end reporting submissions in HFM, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
9. Respond to divisional queries and support daily finance operations.
10. Ensure compliant filing of local statutory financial statements and respond to audit requests.
11. Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
12. Coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
13. Foster strong relationships with brand finance to ensure high service levels from the shared service center.

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 10+ years of experience in audit or retail.
2. Experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations.
3. Proven track record in leading finance process improvements and system implementations.
4. Experience with SAP and HFM is essential.

1. Strong IT and process-driven mindset.
2. Working knowledge of Power BI.
3. Understanding of retail lease accounting (IFRS16) and general retail business.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in audit or retail finance, with a strong background in shared services or complex matrix organizations.

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
