Kering Financial Analyst

- Ensure the qualitative reporting of financial data in the consolidation tool for assigned entities according to IFRS standards.
- Critically assess the quality of accounts and highlight anomalies, implementing necessary corrections.
- Deliver compliant results within imposed deadlines and provide quality analyses to the brand controllers.
- Identify process improvement areas and lead corrective actions.
- Ensure data reliability in the budgeting tool and monitor budget vs. actual variances.
- Support brand controllers in analyzing discrepancies.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CCA/DSCG preferred).
- Initial experience in audit firms, accounting, or an international environment. Experience in a Shared Services Center is advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and consolidation software (preferably HFM).
- Strong analytical skills in accounting processes and flows.
- Adaptability in a dynamic team environment and ability to contribute to procedural evolution.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and consolidation software.
- Advanced Excel and Office Suite skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
A minimum of one year of experience in audit, accounting, or a similar international environment is required.
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
