Kering Finance Transformation Intern

- Support the management of the 'Efficiency' program, including structuring and monitoring various P2P workstreams.
- Prepare steering committee meetings and governance sessions.
- Consolidate and update roadmaps and action plans for various Houses.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as touchless rate and PO coverage.
- Benchmark performance across Houses and regions.
- Prepare summaries for the Finance Transformation leadership.
- Contribute to the deployment of Efficiency initiatives like e-invoicing and internal catalogues.
- Participate in operational diagnostics and identify quick wins.
- Formalize and update target processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate internationally with Finance, Procurement, Retail Operations, and Shared Services teams.
- Participate in regional action groups and track local progress.
- Assist in preparing internal communications such as presentations and project notes.
- Support PMO activities by structuring deliverables and ensuring consistency across program streams.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance, audit, data, or management.
- Previous internship experience in Finance or Audit, preferably in strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in both English and French; Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in an international context.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a desire to learn.
A prior internship in finance or audit, ideally within a strategic consulting environment, is required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
