Kering Facilities Manager

- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of Kering offices and UK sites for brands without a local Facilities Manager.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues with minimal business disruption.
- Manage lighting, HVAC issues, furniture relocation, and minor repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure premises are business-ready and uphold brand image.
- Supervise contracted services for building-related matters.
- Identify Health and Safety risks, compile reports, and oversee corrective actions.
- Advise on maintenance contracts and competitive tender negotiations with Kering Procurement.
- Supervise maintenance visits and maintain records.
- Communicate technical specifications to contractors and ensure high-quality work completion.
- Supervise contractors for specific ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate with Store Planning teams to adhere to material and fixture specifications.
- Liaise with Kering IT on IT-related issues affecting stores and offices.
- Oversee site relocations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Support Head of Operations in space management and allocation.
- Coordinate with Utilities Consultancy on utilities supply and metering.
- Manage stock inventory of materials per brand, including import documentation.
- Act as first contact for brand Operations Managers and manage facilities maintenance engineer.
- Conduct regular update meetings on local Facilities activities.
- Experience in a professional environment, preferably in luxury retail.
- Extensive travel required.
- Languages: English; Italian preferable.
- Discretion and initiative.
- Organizational efficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad.
Experience in a professional environment, with a preference for luxury retail industry experience.
