Kering Facilities Manager

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of Kering offices and UK sites for brands without a local Facilities Manager.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues with minimal business disruption.
- Manage lighting, HVAC issues, furniture relocation, and minor repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure premises are business-ready and align with company image.
- Supervise contracted services for building-related matters.
- Identify and report Health and Safety risks, ensuring timely rectification.
- Advise on maintenance contracts and support competitive tender negotiations with the Kering Procurement team.
- Supervise maintenance visits and maintain relevant records.
- Communicate technical specifications to contractors and ensure high-quality completion of tasks.
- Oversee contractors for specific projects as needed.
- Coordinate with Store Planning teams to adhere to material and design specifications.
- Collaborate with Kering IT on store and office IT issues.
- Manage logistics and risk assessments for site relocations, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Support internal space management and optimal space utilization.
- Coordinate with Utilities Consultancy on utilities supply and metering.
- Manage stock inventory of materials per brand and maintain import records.
- Act as the primary contact for brand Operations Managers and manage the facilities maintenance engineer.
- Conduct regular meetings on local facilities activities.
- Experience in a professional environment
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is highly desirable
