1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of Kering offices and UK sites for brands without a local Facilities Manager.
2. Ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues with minimal business disruption.
3. Manage lighting, HVAC issues, furniture relocation, and minor repairs.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure premises are business-ready and align with company image.
5. Supervise contracted services for building-related matters.
6. Identify and report Health and Safety risks, ensuring timely rectification.
7. Advise on maintenance contracts and support competitive tender negotiations with the Kering Procurement team.
8. Supervise maintenance visits and maintain relevant records.
9. Communicate technical specifications to contractors and ensure high-quality completion of tasks.
10. Oversee contractors for specific projects as needed.
11. Coordinate with Store Planning teams to adhere to material and design specifications.
12. Collaborate with Kering IT on store and office IT issues.
13. Manage logistics and risk assessments for site relocations, ensuring smooth transitions.
14. Support internal space management and optimal space utilization.
15. Coordinate with Utilities Consultancy on utilities supply and metering.
16. Manage stock inventory of materials per brand and maintain import records.
17. Act as the primary contact for brand Operations Managers and manage the facilities maintenance engineer.
18. Conduct regular meetings on local facilities activities.
