Kering Eyewear Wholesale Sales Assistant

- Support account executives with logistical, operational, and administrative tasks for department store accounts, focusing on the Maui Jim brand.
- Create and update sell-out reports, purchase order logs, and allocation logs to support the sales team.
- Analyze weekly sales reports, track Maui Jim business performance, and assist in identifying reorder opportunities.
- Assist with market preparation, including linesheet creation and NuOrder setup, and participate in client appointments when possible.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to process, update, and track customer orders, ensuring timely communication of updates to the sales team.
- Manage order entry, processing, and follow-up to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
- Regularly communicate with customers regarding purchase orders and shipping status, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate sample distribution to and from accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, including customer service, marketing, field team, planning, and credit.
- Manage e-commerce assets and copy for each season, arrange seasonal sample shoots, and monitor product accuracy on websites.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and represent the Kering brand with professionalism.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills

- Relationship-building skills with retail partners
- Flexibility and adaptability under pressure
- Experience with Skypad and NuOrder is a plus
1-2 years of experience in a relevant role within the industry.
Bachelor’s Degree
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus.
