1. Post and reconcile payments to customer accounts.
2. Liaise with the credit control team to send reminders.
3. Monitor the credit inbox and address customer queries.
4. Input supplier invoices into SAP and reconcile outgoing payments with vendor accounts.
5. Support the stock control team during returns and stock take processes.
6. Assist the finance team in maintaining policies and procedures.

1. Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
4. Meticulous attention to detail.
