Kering Eyewear Training Manager

- Support the planning and execution of the annual training calendar, including virtual training cadence based on prior-year data.
- Manage communication related to training initiatives and the annual training calendar.
- Research and develop engaging learning solutions using instructional design methodologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain high-quality training content.
- Facilitate seminars, workshops, and webinars for Sales teams and clients across North America.
- Manage the ABO training registration process and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives.
- Lead the evolution of brand and product training within the Sales onboarding journey.
- Monitor training and travel budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and tools.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
- ABOC certification required.
- Experience in an optical lab is ideal.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and digital tools.
- Experience in luxury industries.
- Passion for elevated service and client experience.
- Strong team player with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 5-7 years in a training professional role, preferably within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field.
Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD, with a discretionary annual bonus.
