1. Support the planning and execution of the annual training calendar, including virtual training cadence based on prior-year data.
2. Manage communication related to training initiatives and the annual training calendar.
3. Research and develop engaging learning solutions using instructional design methodologies.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain high-quality training content.
5. Facilitate seminars, workshops, and webinars for Sales teams and clients across North America.
6. Manage the ABO training registration process and ensure consistent execution of training initiatives.
7. Lead the evolution of brand and product training within the Sales onboarding journey.
8. Monitor training and travel budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and tools.

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional.
2. Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous.
4. ABOC certification required.
5. Experience in an optical lab is ideal.

A minimum of 5-7 years in a training professional role, preferably within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD, with a discretionary annual bonus.
