- Manage the development and launch of comprehensive marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel, ensuring alignment with marketing and communication guidelines and commercial priorities.
- Negotiate annual marketing and sales plans with Travel Retail EMEA clients in collaboration with the Sales Manager, ensuring effective implementation within budget and monitoring performance against commercial KPIs.
- Monitor and account for the BTL budget.
- Visit key points of sale to assess the effectiveness of assortment strategies, analyze sell-out trends, conduct training sessions, and discuss improvement actions with clients.
- Support the development and execution of global and local sales campaigns and trade fairs.
- Prepare internal and external briefings, presentations, visibility reports, sell-out reports, and budget tracking.
- Oversee the production and installation of materials for promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and client contacts.
- Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy, identifying new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Create innovative trade marketing tools to enhance brand performance based on channel needs.
- Implement visual updates and POP materials at points of sale, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales Channel Operations to ensure optimal service levels, stock availability, and order fulfillment timelines.
- Support the Sales team in monitoring order flow and ensuring consistency between activation plans and product availability.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible with a commitment to teamwork
