- Gain insights into the operational day-to-day activities of trade marketing and participate in diverse marketing initiatives.
- Undertake organizational and administrative tasks to ensure seamless team operations.
- Assist in the creation and preparation of impactful presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in planning and executing engaging B2B events, from organization to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Sales Support departments to build valuable connections and drive impact.
- Aid in the reporting of strategic KPIs, such as brand performance, and develop an understanding of key metrics and their significance.
- Coordinate collaboration with external service providers.
- Enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
- Enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment.
- Strong hands-on mentality and a positive mindset.
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented.
- Independent, structured work approach with high commitment.
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape new topics.
- Initial experience in a business context is advantageous but not mandatory.
