1. Coordinate team operators to ensure workstation supply and achievement of daily production targets set by the Production Manager.
2. Ensure timely and proper machine setup for assigned production orders.
3. Guarantee correct usage of department equipment.
4. Collaborate with Quality and Planning functions to optimize daily production and meet delivery schedules.
5. Contribute to the modification of methods and procedures to enhance operator autonomy.
6. Participate in specific personnel development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

1. Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in team coordination or supervisory roles.

1. In-depth knowledge of production processes and departmental dynamics.
2. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
3. Empathy and strong communication skills.
4. Proactive in identifying process optimization opportunities.

A minimum of three years in a supervisory or team coordination capacity within a production environment is required.

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
