1. Manage purchase requests, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of purchase orders through the information system, maintaining updated order confirmations and delivery data, and guaranteeing order traceability and management.
2. Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to define priorities and plan deliveries.
3. Verify shipping documentation, update material stock levels, and implement corrective actions in the event of delays.
4. Support the Quality department in handling returns and rework processes.
5. Prepare structured reports on supplier performance, service/quality levels, and work-in-progress to support strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields.
2. Previous experience of 2-3 years in similar roles.

1. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel).
2. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain roles or similar positions is required.
