1. Manage purchase requests by issuing timely and accurate purchase orders through the information system, maintaining updated order confirmations and delivery data, and ensuring traceability and proper management of each order.
2. Collaborate with logistics and suppliers to define priorities and plan deliveries.
3. Verify shipping documentation, update material stock levels, and implement corrective actions in case of delays.
4. Support the Quality department in managing returns and rework processes.
5. Prepare structured reports on supplier performance, service/quality levels, and work-in-progress (WIP) to support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

1. Degree in Economics or related fields.
2. Previous experience of 2-3 years in similar roles.

1. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel).
2. Proficiency in English.

2-3 years of prior experience in analogous roles within supply chain management.
