Kering Eyewear Showroom and Office Coordinator

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of LATAM and office colleagues.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking travel, hotels, and car services, and creating detailed itineraries.
- Process monthly expense reports.
- Ensure effective and efficient meetings by preparing agendas, issuing meeting minutes, and organizing meeting materials in advance.
- Manage the daily opening and closing of the showroom, including reception duties for all guests and visitors.
- Handle all showroom and office-related communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist Sales and Marketing Leaders with sales events, campaigns, and customer meetings.
- Coordinate sample management in collaboration with the Sales Support team, including logging, facilitating returns, and sending samples for advertisements and events.
- Maintain high standards in the showroom and office, managing vendors such as cleaning services, building management, and catering.
- Coordinate services for events, organizing itineraries for visitors, and managing accommodations, transportation, and event logistics.
- Represent the Kering brand with professionalism and assist in various business areas as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and clients.
- Proficiency in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A minimum of two years in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
