Kering Eyewear Senior E‑commerce Specialist
Kering Eyewear is the specialist eyewear division within the Kering Group, developing and distributing high‑end frames and sunglasses for leading luxury and sport brands. As part of the Kering luxury portfolio, the entity combines design-driven creativity with international retail and digital expertise, and places emphasis on talent development, internal mobility and responsible business practices.
- Define and execute sales plans for online channels (Tmall), including sales breakdowns, promotion calendars and paid media strategy to meet revenue targets.
- Produce and analyse e‑commerce reporting (sales, merchandising, campaign, consumer and market insights) and propose actionable plans to improve KPIs.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign management on Tmall: sales planning, execution, resourcing and post‑campaign review.
- Design and implement merchandising strategies aligned with the marketing calendar; set SKU‑level targets, monitor performance and adjust activation plans.
- Supervise inventory dynamics and forecast stock requirements; follow up on orders and fulfilment to ensure availability and sell‑through.
- Own paid media operations: planning, tracking, optimisation and performance review to maximise ROI.
- Manage relationships with platform partners (Tmall), third‑party operators (TP) and external partners (KOLs, agencies) to secure platform resources, traffic and flawless implementation of the business plan.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree; higher education preferred.
- At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience operating a Tmall store; experience in the eyewear or luxury sector is an advantage.
- Proven familiarity with TP operation models and Tmall regulations and tools.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities for analysis and reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigour and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to perform under pressure.

Minimum three years of direct Tmall store operation experience; prior experience within eyewear, luxury goods or multi‑brand e‑commerce environments is advantageous.
