Kering Eyewear Sales Support Specialist

- Support the commercial team, specifically Brand Ambassadors, within designated regions.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding and training for Brand Ambassadors.
- Deliver on Sales Support KPIs through effective communication via phone and email.
- Manage order processes, including order management, back-order, product information reports, invoice adjustments, and returns.
- Oversee the entire order flow from acquisition to invoicing, ensuring compliance with trade terms.
- Coordinate delivery logistics and act as the primary contact for queries or issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors regarding commercial, logistics, and product claims.
- Conduct monthly regional calls to discuss process improvements and internal updates with the commercial team.
- Provide luxury service to Elite Customers, adhering to their Service Level Agreements.
- Validate active Quarterly Promotions to ensure efficient order and sales management.
- Enhance and comply with customer service procedures, processes, and systems.
- Participate in sales events, contributing to both organizational preparation and execution.
- Maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all information, including pricing.
- Support commercial returns in line with trade terms and the Optical Sales Channel Commercial Policy.
- Issue sales and customer-related reports for the benefit of the sales team and customers.
- Engage in ad hoc sales-related activities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Account Management.
- Proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
- Proactive multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM or SAP systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 2 years in B2B Account Management is required.
Salary Range: $25-27 per hour
