Kering Eyewear Sales Support Intern

- Support Sales Support Team with day-to-day operational and managerial activities to ensure service excellence and adherence to business policies.
- Maintain and validate customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity of all customer information.
- Support the order flow from acquisition through entry, monitoring trade terms and contributing to process efficiency.
- Assist in implementing and improving customer service procedures, processes and systems.
- Prepare sales and customer-related reports, delivering actionable insights to the sales team and external partners.
- Contribute to the organisation and execution of sales events and brand initiatives.
- Manage inventory and logistics required for brand ambassadors and field activities.
- Provide operational support to brand ambassadors and other commercial stakeholders as required.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management Engineering, Marketing or a closely related field; outstanding academic record expected.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Italian strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Methodical, analytical and organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with clear, open communication and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.

Internship-level role; no specific prior full-time experience required. Relevant internships, academic projects or part-time roles in sales support, customer service, commercial operations or retail are advantageous.
Business, Management Engineering, Marketing or related degree (student or recent graduate) with excellent academic results.
