Kering Eyewear Sales Support Intern

1. Support Sales Support Team with day-to-day operational and managerial activities to ensure service excellence and adherence to business policies.
2. Maintain and validate customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity of all customer information.
3. Support the order flow from acquisition through entry, monitoring trade terms and contributing to process efficiency.
4. Assist in implementing and improving customer service procedures, processes and systems.
5. Prepare sales and customer-related reports, delivering actionable insights to the sales team and external partners.
6. Contribute to the organisation and execution of sales events and brand initiatives.
7. Manage inventory and logistics required for brand ambassadors and field activities.
8. Provide operational support to brand ambassadors and other commercial stakeholders as required.

1. Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management Engineering, Marketing or a closely related field; outstanding academic record expected.
2. Native Spanish speaker with excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Italian strongly preferred.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Methodical, analytical and organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
5. Collaborative team player with clear, open communication and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
6. Curiosity and willingness to propose process improvements and learn across commercial functions.

Internship-level role; no specific prior full-time experience required. Relevant internships, academic projects or part-time roles in sales support, customer service, commercial operations or retail are advantageous.
