Kering Eyewear Sales Support Intern

Kering Eyewear is the dedicated eyewear division within the Kering luxury group, designing and producing premium eyewear for a portfolio of global maisons. 1. Support day-to-day operational and managerial activities of the Sales Support Team to ensure service excellence and policy compliance.
2. Maintain and validate customer master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity of records.
3. Assist the order flow process from acquisition through entry, monitoring trade terms and operational efficiency.
4. Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of customer service procedures, processes and systems.
5. Prepare and assist in production of sales and customer-related reports, supplying actionable insights to the sales team and clients.
6. Support the preparation and execution of sales events and activations.
7. Manage inventory allocations and logistics for brand ambassadors.
8. Provide operational support to brand ambassadors and respond to ad hoc team requests.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering or Marketing (outstanding academic record preferred).
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Advanced level of Spanish and English; Portuguese native speaker preferred; Italian considered a plus.
4. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with clear, open communication.
5. Methodical, analytical and logical approach with high attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to plan work, meet deadlines and independently prioritise tasks.
7. Problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to propose improvements.

Entry-level (internship) position. No specific professional experience is required; previous internships or administrative/sales-support exposure in retail, luxury or distribution environments will be considered an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Engineering, Marketing or a closely related discipline (outstanding academic performance preferred).
