1. Support the Sales Support Team in the order-taking process, ensuring adherence to business policies and service excellence.
2. Maintain and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data.
3. Assist in the order flow process from acquisition to entry, gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency.
4. Support the implementation and enhancement of customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
5. Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
6. Contribute to the preparation and execution of sales events.
7. Perform other activities as required by the team.

1. Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.

2. Advanced English language skills; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
