Kering Eyewear Sales Representative

1. Develop and expand business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent clients.
2. Increase sales and achieve budget targets by establishing a high-quality distribution network and maintaining close relationships with business partners.
3. Evaluate new clients and locations for brand and collection launches, and strategically target potential new customers.
4. Present the brand and sell new collections, effectively planning visits to achieve KPIs and actively managing brand presence in stores.
5. Ensure brand standards for product presentation, implement trade marketing activities, and organize POS materials and window campaigns at key locations.
6. Train sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities on-site, ensure adequate inventory levels, and assist with stock management and order tracking.
7. Record sales reports and orders, support financial inquiries including invoices, credits, and returns in collaboration with internal departments.
8. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure long-term successful partnerships.

1. Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
2. High willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%) and a valid driver's license with no infractions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and professional demeanor in client interactions.
4. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and sustainably grow business opportunities.
5. Ability to work effectively under time constraints and meet seasonal and client-specific deadlines.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to managing and developing the sales process.

1. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
2. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in market analysis and customer development.
4. Competence in visual merchandising and trade marketing.
5. Ability to manage inventory and provide customer service.

At least 2 years of field sales experience in the luxury fashion, accessories, or related high-end consumer goods sectors.
