Kering Eyewear Sales Representative

- Develop and expand business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent clients.
- Increase sales and achieve budget targets by establishing a high-quality distribution network and maintaining close relationships with business partners.
- Evaluate new clients and locations for brand and collection launches, and strategically target potential new customers.
- Present the brand and sell new collections, effectively planning visits to achieve KPIs and actively managing brand presence in stores.
- Ensure brand standards for product presentation, implement trade marketing activities, and organize POS materials and window campaigns at key locations.
- Train sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities on-site, ensure adequate inventory levels, and assist with stock management and order tracking.
- Record sales reports and orders, support financial inquiries including invoices, credits, and returns in collaboration with internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure long-term successful partnerships.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
- High willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%) and a valid driver's license with no infractions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and professional demeanor in client interactions.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and sustainably grow business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and meet seasonal and client-specific deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a structured approach to managing and developing the sales process.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in market analysis and customer development.
- Competence in visual merchandising and trade marketing.
- Ability to manage inventory and provide customer service.
At least 2 years of field sales experience in the luxury fashion, accessories, or related high-end consumer goods sectors.
