Kering Eyewear Sales Development Training Manager

1. Plan and execute the annual training calendar, managing virtual training schedules informed by previous participation and performance data.
2. Manage communication related to training initiatives and the annual training calendar.
3. Develop engaging learning solutions utilizing proven instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Product, and After-Sales to create and maintain high-quality training content.
5. Ensure training content is updated on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
6. Develop and facilitate CE-accredited courses in both live and virtual formats.
7. Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, onboarding programs, and sales events, including multi-client trainings, for sales teams and clients across North America.
8. Manage the ABO training registration process, including coordination, communication, and follow-up with clients.
9. Ensure consistent execution and post-event reporting for all external training initiatives.
10. Lead the evolution of brand and product training within the sales onboarding journey, in coordination with HR.
11. Maintain a strong field connection through regular shadowing of Sales and Retail Excellence teams to inform training needs and content.
12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and tracking of all training activities.
13. Monitor training and travel budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes, tools, and internal visibility.

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional
2. Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is advantageous
4. Availability to travel up to 85% of the time

5. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, including digital tools
6. Experience in the luxury industry

9. Agility and flexibility in managing multiple stakeholders with strong time management skills
10. Strong team player with excellent communication, entrepreneurial autonomy, and problem-solving skills

A minimum of 5-7 years in a training professional role, preferably within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Talent Development, or a relevant field.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD, with discretionary annual bonus.
