1. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the 3O’s brand portfolio, sales processes, and the three-tier system within the eyewear industry.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships through client visits and value-added solutions.
3. Participate in industry events and organize trunk shows for high-volume accounts.
4. Enhance brand visibility and presence at points of sale by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on product merchandising and in-store marketing activities.
5. Utilize technology to analyze data and drive sales growth.
6. Perform sales data analysis, trend analysis, competitor analysis, and general reporting.
7. Provide support to the sales organization on ad hoc requests.

1. Current senior or recent graduate (within the past year) with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Demonstrated passion for luxury and fashion.
3. Dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic, and curious individual with a commitment to teamwork and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills.
5. Strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities and executing plans effectively.
6. Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
7. Willingness to travel and relocate across the U.S. if required.
8. Experience with CRM or SAP is appreciated.
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
