- Acquaintance with the 3O’s brands portfolio, selling processes, and the 3-tier system within the eyewear industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships through client visits and value-added solutions.
- Participate in industry events and organize trunk shows for high-volume accounts.
- Enhance brand visibility and presence at points of sale by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on pop allocation, product merchandising, and in-store marketing activities.
- Utilize data and technology to drive sales growth.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses including sales data, market trends, competitor performance, and business results.
- Provide ad hoc support to the sales organization.
- Current senior or recent graduate with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Passion for luxury and fashion.
- Dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic with a commitment to teamwork.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and execute plans.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and relocate within the US.
- Experience with CRM or SAP is beneficial.

Salary range: $21-23 per hour.
