- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain a qualitative door distribution that aligns with each brand's DNA.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and optimize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to enhance sell-through.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Proven track record in growing sales and establishing door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time for client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
