1. Achieve net sales targets for optical frames and sunglasses within the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
3. Dedicate at least 80% of working hours to visiting clients at their business locations to meet sales and service expectations.
4. Ensure qualitative door distribution in alignment with brand DNA.
5. Maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
6. Collaborate with customers on visibility and trade marketing projects and conduct in-store training to maximize sales.
7. Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.

1. Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution within the optical sector.
2. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
3. Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
4. Minimum of 5 years experience in optical sales within the 3 Os (opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists).
5. University degree or equivalent experience.
6. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
7. Residency in the Houston area.

1. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales, particularly within the opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists sectors.

University degree or equivalent experience.
