1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
2. Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution in alignment with brand DNA.
3. Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with customers to enhance sell-through.
4. Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Maximize sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through sales using visibility and trade marketing programs.
7. Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
8. Provide timely and precise reporting.

1. Proven track record in growing sales and expanding door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
5. University degree or equivalent experience.
6. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
7. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
9. Ideally based in Connecticut.

Salary range: $120,000 USD - $150,000 USD
