- Achieve net sales targets for luxury brands within the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution aligned with brand DNA.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and enhance the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to boost sell-through.
- Provide in-store training to optimize sales performance.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with other sales divisions of Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand portfolio.
- Engage with the LINDBERG team in Denmark and the Kering Eyewear team in the USA.
- Participate in sales events.
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Preferred experience in the optical industry.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience in sales within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors, with a preference for optical industry experience.
University degree or equivalent experience.
