Kering Eyewear Product & Regulatory Compliance Specialist

1. Develop and maintain procedures and standards to ensure product compliance for Kering Eyewear.
2. Ensure Kering Eyewear's standards for social responsibility, ethics, safety, and environment are understood and adhered to by business partners.
3. Act as a liaison between the market and business partners to ensure product compliance with Kering Eyewear's quality requirements, national and international regulations, and Kering Group's sustainability, ethics, and product safety guidelines.
4. Collaborate to ensure product transactions and labeling comply with current customs regulations.
5. Stay informed on national and international regulations, laws, and certification schemes related to social responsibility, ethics, chemistry, and environment, keeping the Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator updated.
6. Coordinate with accredited laboratories and qualified consultants to ensure product compliance, managing timelines and costs effectively.
7. Ensure laboratory test results and consultancy outcomes are properly archived and accessible.
8. Prepare technical documentation such as Technical Files and Declarations of Conformity.
9. Collect and archive documentation to ensure product compliance, including supplier declarations and technical sheets.
10. Analyze data on the effectiveness of actions taken and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including data from laboratory analyses, reports from authorities, consultants, market feedback, quality control, and customer service.
11. Communicate improvement suggestions to the Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Basic knowledge of European and global chemical regulations.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English.
5. Dynamic, proactive, and flexible.
6. Strong time management skills.
7. Sense of responsibility.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team.

10. Willingness to undertake short national trips.
