Kering Eyewear Product & Regulatory Compliance Specialist

- Develop and maintain procedures and standards to ensure product compliance for Kering Eyewear.
- Ensure that Kering Eyewear's standards for social responsibility, ethics, safety, and environment are understood and adhered to by business partners.
- Act as a liaison between the market and business partners to ensure product compliance with Kering Eyewear's quality requirements, national and international regulations, and Kering Group's sustainability, ethics, and product safety guidelines.
- Collaborate to ensure product trading and labeling activities comply with current customs regulations.
- Stay informed on national and international regulations, laws, and certification schemes related to social responsibility, ethics, chemicals, and environment, and keep the Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator updated.
- Coordinate with accredited laboratories and qualified consultants to ensure product compliance, ensuring tests and consultations are conducted within budget and timelines.
- Ensure laboratory test results and consultancy reports are correctly archived and accessible.
- Draft technical documentation, including Technical Files and Declarations of Conformity.
- Collect and archive documentation to ensure product compliance, such as supplier declarations and technical sheets.
- Analyze data on the effectiveness of actions taken and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including data from laboratory analyses, reports from authorities, consultants, market feedback, quality control, customer service, and other relevant sources.
- Communicate improvement suggestions to the Product & Regulatory Compliance Coordinator.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of European and global chemical regulations.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Dynamism, initiative, and flexibility.
- Time management skills.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Organizational skills, precision, and initiative.
- Willingness to undertake short national trips.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in roles related to product compliance and regulatory affairs is required.
