1. Monitor and gather feedback on customer satisfaction levels.
2. Ensure products meet Kering Eyewear's quality standards and comply with national and international regulations, in collaboration with the Quality Control team.
3. Conduct supplier visits to ensure production process compliance.
4. Identify necessary improvements in production processes to reduce complaints, delays, and recurring issues.
5. Evaluate product defects and propose technical improvements.
6. Support the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action Plans, ensuring their effectiveness and documentation.
7. Coordinate functional departments to resolve issues, follow up on process improvement actions, and redesign processes as needed.
8. Collaborate with the Industrialization department during new product development.
9. Contribute to the creation of quality control procedures, quality system standards, and documentation management.
10. Suggest goals and actions to maximize product and process sustainability.

1. Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and context.
3. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and project management.
4. Previous experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
5. Excellent command of English (C1 Level).

1. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Initiative, curiosity, and creativity.
4. Dynamic and enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing international environment.
5. Willingness to travel.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.

Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
