Kering Eyewear Product & Process Quality Engineer

- Monitor and gather feedback on customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure products meet Kering Eyewear's quality standards and comply with national and international regulations, in collaboration with the Quality Control team.
- Conduct supplier visits to ensure production process compliance.
- Identify necessary improvements in production processes to reduce complaints, delays, and recurring issues.
- Evaluate product defects and propose technical improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action Plans, ensuring their effectiveness and documentation.
- Coordinate functional departments to resolve issues, follow up on process improvement actions, and redesign processes as needed.
- Collaborate with the Industrialization department during new product development.
- Contribute to the creation of quality control procedures, quality system standards, and documentation management.
- Suggest goals and actions to maximize product and process sustainability.
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and context.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and project management.
- Previous experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English (C1 Level).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Initiative, curiosity, and creativity.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing international environment.
- Willingness to travel.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
