Kering Eyewear Product & Process Quality Engineer

1. Monitor and gather feedback on customer satisfaction levels.
2. Ensure product compliance with Kering Eyewear's quality standards and international regulations in collaboration with the Quality Control team.
3. Conduct supplier visits to verify production process compliance.
4. Identify necessary improvements in production processes to reduce complaints, delays, and recurring issues.
5. Evaluate product defects and propose technical enhancements.
6. Support corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring their effectiveness and documentation.
7. Assist the Quality Manager in developing corrective and preventive action plans.
8. Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
9. Coordinate departments and functional areas to resolve issues and redesign processes with functional support.
10. Collaborate with the Industrialization department during new product development.
11. Contribute to the creation of procedures and standards for quality control, quality systems, and documentation management.
12. Suggest objectives and actions to maximize product and process sustainability.

1. Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent qualifications.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and context.
3. Previous experience in the eyewear sector is advantageous.
4. Excellent command of the English language (C1 Level).

1. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and project management.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and priority management.
4. Proactivity, curiosity, and creativity.
5. Dynamism and enthusiasm for working in a rapidly growing international environment.
6. Willingness to travel.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and industry context is required.
